Herbs I work with and their general use
Ayahuasca Vine (Banisteriopsis caapi) – Most known for the DMT containing tea used in Peru, this is the MAOI component of the tea and is used as an antidepressant. Caapi is legal to possess in non-tea form, however Etsy and Ebay restrict the sale of it on their platform. Can be used as jewelry. Considered a Master Plant. Due to the sacredness of this plant, I will not create a tincture from it. To purchase, please reach out about a custom order. Powder and bark is available.
Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) – sleep aid, relaxation, sexual wellness, mood enhancement, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and skin-brightening properties. Tinctures are available.
Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) – open and heal the heart, facilitating emotional and spiritual growth by helping to release grief, trauma, and sadness. Can also deepen intuition, enhance dreams and visions, and assist with physical issues like inflammation and stress. Considered a Master Plant. Tinctures available.
Cacao (Theobroma cacao) – open the heart, connect with the divine/ancestors, facilitate emotional release (like guilt, fear, trauma), and promote spiritual healing. Considered a Master Plant. Due to the sacredness of this plant, I will not create a tincture from it. To purchase, please reach out about a custom order, I have sacred cacao beans (ceremonial quality), and cacao butter.
Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) – treat asthma, arthritis and pain, gastric ulcers, inflammation, for spiritual protection, purification, and to enhance the connection between the physical and spiritual realms. Considered a Master Plant. Tinctures available.
Devil’s Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) – for powerful protection, banishing curses, severing ties, setting boundaries, amplifying intentions, repel negativity, create spiritual barriers, pain, inflammation, childbirth, digestive aid, fever, blood disorders. Commonly used in banishing sprays. Tinctures, banishing sprays, and banishing spray/floor wash kits are available.
Echinacea aka Cornflower (Echinacea purpurea and related species) – immune system, soothe inflammation, eczema, or minor wounds and burns, provide protection against unseen influences, psychic protection. Tinctures are available.
Great Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus) – respiratory support to calm coughs, clear mucus, and ease congestion from conditions like bronchitis or seasonal allergies, acting as an expectorant and anti-inflammatory; it’s also used for earaches, skin irritations (poultices), diarrhea, inflammation, and even headaches, often taken in water or added to tea. Clearing, protection, spiritual connection, breathwork, dream enhancement, cleansing spaces (smoke), love divination, and releasing emotional heaviness. Tinctures, leaf are available.
Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum) – anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and skin-regenerating properties, used to support liver detoxification, digestive health, circulation, and healing of wounds, scars, and even respiratory issues like coughs, by fighting inflammation and promoting cell repair with antioxidant compounds, profound emotional healing, trauma release, dreamwork, visions, and spiritual connection. Klip Dagga (Leonotis nepetifolia) – anxiety/stress reduction, altered states of consciousness and enhancing meditation, and for medicinal reasons like treating fevers, pain, heart issues, and respiratory issues. Protection from snakes. Also considered legal cannabis when smoked. Tinctures are available
Maeng Da Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) – anxiety, pain management, opioid addiction. Legal to possess but Etsy and Ebay restrict the sale of it on their platform. To purchase, please reach out about a custom order. Can only sell as incense due to government regulations. Powder available.
Mexican Tarragon – anxiety, aid dream recall and promote lucid dreaming, digestive issues, respiratory issues. Ritual offering (when used as incense). Tinctures and incense are available
Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) – sexual disorders, increasing sexual desire in healthy people, increased energy, menstrual disorders, joint pain, and other conditions. Also known as potency wood. Considered a Master Plant. Tinctures are available.
Nickernuts (Guilandina bonduc) – protection, good fortune, amulets and talisman. Can be used for divination but are usually used as jewelry. Seeds are available
Sacred Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) – enhance meditation, promote spiritual awakening, and induce altered states of consciousness, quiet the mind, amplify connection to universe, soothe digestive discomfort and regulate bowel movements. Tinctures and Flowers are available.
Skullcap (Scutellaria genus) – calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, ease muscle spasms, withdrawal, promote restful sleep, improved mood, reduced inflammation, and anticancer effects. Calmness, spiritual protection, emotional balance, and enhancing mental clarity during ritual or meditation. Tinctures are available.
Wild Dagga (Leonotis leonurus) – anxiety/stress reduction, induce visions and enhance spiritual connections, headaches, dysentery, snake bites, stings Protection. Also considered legal cannabis when smoked. Tinctures, Leaves, and Flower/Stem/Leaves are available.
Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa) – relaxation, ease mild pain, support sleep, soothing coughs, sanitize minor cuts, support skin comfort, dream work, entering trance states, astral projection, shamanic journeying. Tinctures are available.
Yohimbe (Corynanthe johimbe) – improving erectile dysfunction, increasing sex drive, promoting fat loss, boosting athletic performance, stamina, alertness, internal authority, fearlessness, pursue personal goals or confront complex spiritual challenges. Tinctures are available please contact us separately as it is illegal to sell on etsy.
Tinctures – Follow your herbalist’s recommendations but typically a suggested dose is 1 to 2 mL, 1 to 3 times a day. It is recommended that you work your way up to the dose. Bobinsana needs to start with only a few drops under your tongue.
In regards to my services, for example tarot, shamanic services are provided on a donation basis as per my family’s tradition. Donations can be
- Alcohol – Wine/vodka/whiskey are most common depending on the spirit, but any can do.
- Food – High quality fruits/vegetables, cornmeal (blue in particular), chocolate, candies, milk
- Money
- Sacred Plants – ceremonial tobacco (basically no additives, generally loose leaf or scrap tobacco are fine), cedar, palo santo, sage, sweetgrass, other sacred plants (such as ayahuasca, bobinsana, cacao, cat’s claw, san pedro, etc).
- Ritual Items – crystals, Florida water (yellow/Peruvian please!), feathers (ethically sourced), shells (ethically sourced), incense, bells, musical instruments, candles (particularly white), antlers/hooves (ethically sourced), iron jingle cones/exorcism bells, Toli shamanic mirrors, animal pelts/bones/claws (ethically sourced)
- Other – acts of loving kindness, charity in the name of the shaman
